  • All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

  • As Blomdahl jewellery is designed for medical-grade skin safety and hygiene, all products are sealed for safety and are not returnable once opened.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices listed are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

  • Payment must be made in full at checkout using the methods available on our Site.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship orders via trusted courier and postal partners to ensure safe delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. We are not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect addresses or failure to respond to local postal notifications.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, all jewellery purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged once the seal is broken.

  • In the rare case of defects or damages during delivery, please notify us by email or chat within 5 days of receiving your order. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

  • Refunds, if legally required, will incur a processing fee of SGD $10 or 10% of the total purchase (whichever is higher). Alternatively, an e-voucher of equal value may be issued.

  • Blomdahl products are made using skin-friendly, medical-grade materials. However, results and experiences may vary depending on individual skin sensitivity.
