Shipping Policy

At Blomdahl Singapore, we aim to make worldwide delivery of our medical-grade jewellery safe, efficient, and affordable.

Shipping Method

  • All orders are shipped via EMS / SingPost, a trusted worldwide postal service that allows us to provide affordable international shipping rates.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please use this to monitor your shipment through the tracking services of your local postal provider.

  • Shipping to the USA will be fulfilled by FEDEX, where a corresponding FEDEX tracking number will be provided. (Updates on policy changes will be provided here.)

  • Alternatively, a collection may be arranged by you from our business premise.

Processing & Dispatch

  • All items are securely packed and shipped within 12 business days of order confirmation.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery & Collection

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and local postal handling.

  • Customers may be required to collect parcels from their local post office if delivery cannot be completed to the provided address.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs clearance fees depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

  • We are unable to mark parcels as “gifts” or declare lower values for customs purposes.

Address Accuracy & Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing their full and accurate delivery address at the time of purchase.

  • Providing complete and correct information is essential to ensure that your order reaches you without delay.

  • Blomdahl Singapore is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned parcels due to incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect address details, or customers not responding to local postal notifications.

Returned Parcels

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, non-collection, or failure to clear customs, we will notify you.

  • Reshipping can be arranged at the customer’s expense, and additional shipping fees will apply.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and any refunds (if approved under exceptional circumstances) will be processed excluding shipping charges.

Damage or Defect Claims

  • If your item arrives defective or damaged, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving your order by emailing support@blomdahl.com.sg.

  • Please include clear photographs of:

    1. The defective areas of the product

    2. The external packaging

  • Claims submitted after 5 days of delivery may be considered invalid and not processed.

  • Upon verification and processing of your claim, a replacement item will be re-shipped to you at no additional cost.
