At Blomdahl Singapore, your health and safety are our top priority. As our jewellery is manufactured to medical-grade hygiene standards, we maintain strict return and refund rules to protect all customers.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, all products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once the hygiene seal is broken.

Please check your order carefully upon receipt before opening the sealed packaging.
Customer Responsibility for Returns/Exchanges

In cases where a return or exchange is approved (such as defects covered by law), customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refunds (Where Required by Law)

Refunds will only be provided if required under applicable consumer protection laws.

If a refund is approved, a processing and administrative fee of SGD $10 or 10% of the total purchase (whichever is higher) will be deducted.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
E-Voucher Alternative

As an alternative to a refund, we may extend an e-voucher of equivalent value for use on your next purchase at www.blomdahl.com.sg.

This option allows you to retain the full value of your purchase without deductions.
Important Notes

Products must be returned in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging for any refund/exchange requests to be considered.

Requests for returns or refunds must be made within 5 days of receiving your order by contacting our customer service team via [support@blomdahl.com.sg]. Claims after this period will not be accepted.
