Return & Refund Policy

At Blomdahl Singapore, your health and safety are our top priority. As our jewellery is manufactured to medical-grade hygiene standards, we maintain strict return and refund rules to protect all customers.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, all products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once the hygiene seal is broken.

  • Please check your order carefully upon receipt before opening the sealed packaging.

Customer Responsibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • In cases where a return or exchange is approved (such as defects covered by law), customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refunds (Where Required by Law)

  • Refunds will only be provided if required under applicable consumer protection laws.

  • If a refund is approved, a processing and administrative fee of SGD $10 or 10% of the total purchase (whichever is higher) will be deducted.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

E-Voucher Alternative

  • As an alternative to a refund, we may extend an e-voucher of equivalent value for use on your next purchase at www.blomdahl.com.sg.

  • This option allows you to retain the full value of your purchase without deductions.

Important Notes

  • Products must be returned in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging for any refund/exchange requests to be considered.

  • Requests for returns or refunds must be made within 5 days of receiving your order by contacting our customer service team via [support@blomdahl.com.sg]. Claims after this period will not be accepted.
